Heart Ache

Throughout the whole series of Candy-candy, Candy had to face many heart aches.

Anthony was Candy's first love of her life. He's part of the Andries and he cared deeply for her.  Sadly his life was cut short in a riding accident.  While Anthony was riding his horse, he fell off and died.  Candy was left alone with a broken heart and a new fear of horses.
Terry was Candy's second love of her life.  She met him in London while she was attending St. Paul's Royal School.  He was a rebel but he also took a liking to Candy.  In the end he ended up marrying Suzezana because Candy left him.  Candy had found out that Suzezana loved Terry yet he didn't feel the same way, he loved Candy.  Though it caused her great sorrow, she let Suzezana have Terry.
Stear was the brother of Anthony and Archie.   He was the boyfriend of Patti and he died in the World War One War ;_; only because he turned his back on the enemy, and the enemy killed him!
